A Swap with Cyd!

I participated in my very first Swap with Cyd from Mini Mod Pod...she sent me some of the most lovely minis that will be perfect for my first modern mini project! If you haven't seen her blog yet, I recommend you take a peek! Her modern minis are amazing!

Participé en mi primer Intercambio con Cyd de Mini Mod Pod...me mandó unos minis muy guays que son perfectos para mi primer proyecto de minis modernas! Si no has visto su blog todavía, recomiendo que hechas un vistazo! Sus minis modernas son increibles! 

This is what I gave to Cyd. Of course, a signature miniature mosaic tray, as well as a few of my new obsessions, mini cross stitch and plants! I made this cross stitch design depicting the Barcelona skyline! From the left, the W Hotel, the gothic quarter, the cathedral, the Sagrada Familia, and Montjuic.

The plant to left, I must give credit to Sandra from my Mini Marathon group...she taught us how to make this gorgeous plant.  She inspired me to practice at home, and this is how it turned out! And I began trying out new designs, too! To the right, a pink topiary and mini-daisies!

Esto se lo he dado a Cyd. Por supuesto, una bandeja de mosaico, y también, otros nuevos proyectos, un punto de cruz mini y plantas! Hice este diseño de punto cruz representando la vista de Barcelona! El hotel W, el gótico, la catedral, la Sagrada Familia, y Montjuic.

La planta a la izquierda, le doy crédito a Sandra de mi grupo de Mini-Maratón...nos enseño hacer esta planta preciosa. Me inspiró hacer prácticas en casa, y esta es la que hice solita! También probé diseños nuevos! A la derecha, un topiario rosado y mini-margaritas!
